My work as a speaker is closely connected to my work as a CIO, author, and leadership practitioner. I speak about leadership, digital transformation, and technology not from theory, but from experience—what it actually takes to lead through complexity, scale change responsibly, and deliver outcomes without losing trust or humanity along the way.

Availability

My speaking availability is intentionally limited.

In addition to leading a global IT organization, I spend time writing, researching, and developing leadership content, including new books. I also prioritize time for reflection, learning, and family. I believe strongly that living the principles I write and speak about matters just as much as sharing them.

Because of that, I’m selective about engagements and may not be able to accept every request.
