I’m a senior IT executive and multi-award-winning CIO with more than 30 years of experience leading digital transformation across both Fortune 500 companies and startups. I currently serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Avery Dennison Corporation, a $9B global manufacturer, where I focus on delivering digital solutions that create sustainable business value while leading diverse teams across more than 50 countries.

I was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame in 2021 and have been recognized multiple times as a CIO 100 Award recipient. During my tenure, Avery Dennison has been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work in IT for six consecutive years. I’m a contributor to CIO Magazine and regularly speak at industry events. My work and perspectives have been featured in Forbes, CIO Magazine, and ComputerWorld. I also serve on the CXO Advisory Board of NinjaOne, a cybersecurity company, as well as the Gartner CIO Executive Board.

I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University and am the author of The CIO Playbook, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., which was recognized by CIO Magazine as one of the most inspiring books for CIOs and IT leaders. My newest book, Digital Inside Out, is available for pre-order where books are sold and will be released by Taylor & Francis in February 2026. I live in Florida with my wife.
